Strange how strange a stranger can be

Curiosity leading to catastrophe

Stutters and slurs in impossible speech

As rehearsed questions pour forth from each

Confidence is often lost in the tangle

As discoveries and laughs start to mingle

Reasoning and hope can be set aside

While first impressions are cautiously eyed

Here they both stand amidst it all

Ready to experience the great hard fall

And they know that their doom

And will take to the tomb

The awkwardness that fills the room
